[Hiring] Technical Product Generalist @GoStudent

Role Description

Seeking a "Builder-in-Residence" to launch special projects in Germany (remote). Are you the person who sees a problem in the morning and has an AI-powered MVP running by dinner? Felix, Gregor, and Ivo are looking for a super hands-on, tech-savvy "Product Swiss Army Knife" to join us in our Vienna office. You don't need to be a Senior Dev, but you do need to be a master of the modern stack: AI agents, no-code/low-code, rapid prototyping, and scalable architecture.

We are building a few stealth-mode special projects and need someone who can iterate at lightning speed, work directly with the founding team, and think like an entrepreneur. The vibe: High autonomy, zero bureaucracy, pure building.

Your role: We are looking for a Technical Product Generalist to act as the "execution engine" for a series of special projects. You will sit directly with the Co-Founders and CTO to turn raw ideas into validated products. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in meetings; it’s for someone who wants to build, break, and ship.

Qualifications

• AI/LLMs: Cursor, Replit Agent, Claude Artifacts, Midjourney, v0.dev.
• Automation/No-Code: Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Bubble, or Webflow.
• Modern Stack: Knowledge of how APIs, Supabase/Firebase, and Vercel work.
• Product: Linear, Notion, Figma (enough to wireframe).

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial: You’ve likely had a side hustle or tried to start a company before. You care about why we are building, not just what.
• Tech-Fluent: You can hold your own in a conversation with our CTO about architecture, even if you aren't writing the production backend yourself.
• Bias for Action: You prefer a "dirty" solution that works today over a "perfect" one that takes a month.
• Vienna-Based: You want to be in the room where it happens. This is a high-bandwidth, in-person role.
