Role Description
Narvar is hiring! We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Lead to join the Office of the CEO. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between complex data and strategic storytelling. You will be responsible for defining how Narvar measures success in the age of AI, driving critical CEO-sponsored initiatives, and crafting relevant narratives on Narvar’s business and product evolution. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging strategy to execution and exploring unchartered territory in how to evaluate a scaling business.
Key Pillars of the Role
-
Analytics & Strategic Storytelling
-
Define how Narvar communicates its value to the Board, investors, and the market.
-
Value Framework:
Evolve the metrics and logic for how we value products in an AI-first world.
-
Board & Executive Comms:
Partner with the CoS to communicate data and key insights to the Board and Executive team.
-
Translate complex operational data into clear, persuasive narratives that highlight Narvar's strategic trajectory.
-
Performance Architecture:
Design and maintain a "Control Tower"—develop and evolve a suite of dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into business health and efficiency.
-
AI Transformation Program Management
-
Drive a central role in Narvar’s internal AI evolution.
-
Use Case Prioritization:
Partner with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, GTM, Finance, CX) to identify, define, and rank-order internal AI use cases and tool deployments.
-
Measurement Frameworks:
Own the "Source of Truth" for AI progress.
-
Develop and track leading indicators (e.g., tool adoption) and lagging indicators (e.g., ticket resolution, time-to-value) to prove the transformation’s impact.
-
Change Management:
Ensure that AI initiatives aren't just "pilots" but are integrated into the core operational fabric of the company.
-
CEO-Sponsored Initiatives
-
Take on additional CEO-sponsored cross-functional initiatives (AI-adjacent or otherwise) where similar skills are needed: structured problem-solving, cross-org execution, and change leadership.
Qualifications
-
6–10 years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/BizOps at a high-growth technology company.
-
Startup and transformation experience within the SaaS/B2B space is strongly preferred.
-
A passion for measurement; comfortable defining KPIs, designing skill frameworks, and building models to quantify business value.
-
Gift for slide design and executive writing; ability to turn raw data into a story that influences a Boardroom.
-
Self-motivated, "builder" mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple high-priority strategic initiatives.
-
Familiar with modern AI and productivity tools (LLM-based copilots, automation, BI); practical, "human-first" lens on how non-technical teams adopt new tech.
Benefits
-
Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients including GameStop, Neiman Marcus, Sonos, Nike, and 1300+ other brands.
-
Work in a company that values innovation and a sense of adventure.
-

-
Equal-opportunity employer that values diversity and does not discriminate on various bases.
