[Hiring] Staff Product Manager, Pentest as a Service @Hackerone

Role Description

HackerOne is seeking a hands-on, mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development of our Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line with advanced offensive security testing leveraging GenAI via LLM.

• Lead HackerOne development of our Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line strategy and roadmap.
• Apply advanced offensive security testing leveraging GenAI via LLM in partnership with Design & Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with customers across Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations.
• Discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on PTaaS offerings.
• Evangelize the value of HackerOne’s PTaaS offerings internally and externally as a subject matter expert.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated experience shaping organization-wide AI adoption and strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully developing products/platforms in high-growth businesses.
• Experience leading product development in cloud services and/or enterprise SaaS.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an application development-related field, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc. (Preferred)
• MBA degree (Preferred)
• Experience leading AI-enabled product development (Preferred)
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends (Preferred)
• Direct product management experience in related cybersecurity fields (Preferred)
• Domain experience with security research/hacking as part of offensive security testing (Preferred)
