[Hiring] Staff Product Manager, Partnerhub - Ads @Engine

Role Description

As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

• Craft and execute innovative strategies to drive significant revenue growth through advertising products, ensuring Engine remains a leader in the work travel industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and supply partners to unlock new monetization opportunities and deliver seamless ad experiences for our customers.
• Lead the development and expansion of ad campaign types and formats, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and overall partner satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional insights and support to internal stakeholders and supply partners, ensuring every advertising initiative aligns with business goals and exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and launching internal advertising products, preferably within high-growth marketplace or platform companies.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver with expertise in ad monetization, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience driving revenue growth through innovative ad formats and segmentation strategies.
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Requirements

• Fluent in working with data analytics and data science teams.
• Comfortable interpreting conversion and click-through metrics.
• Familiar with ad tech platforms and tools.
• Ready to take full ownership of your product area and act as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to build strong relationships across product, engineering, sales, and supply teams.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes with autonomy and confidence.

Compensation

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range: $180,000 — $220,000 USD
