[Hiring] Staff Product Manager @Imagine Pediatrics

Role Description

As a Staff Product Manager at Imagine Pediatrics, you’ll own the systems that ensure each family need is captured, assigned, tracked, and resolved. Your role will focus on:

• Managing the product area that captures family needs and coordinates care.
• Integrating AI and automation to enhance care coordination.
• Ensuring care teams have a shared view of patients and their needs.
• Setting performance metrics for family needs resolution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare or care delivery.
• A track record of owning a workflow-heavy product area from strategy through launch and adoption.
• Experience shipping AI or automation features for operational users.
• Strong judgment about AI’s limits and when human intervention is necessary.
• Experience building tasking, case management, worklist, or messaging systems.
• Experience redesigning operational workflows for scale.
• Strong data-modeling instincts.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Ability to set direction in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Capability to define multi-quarter strategies for family needs management.
• Experience in leading discovery directly with care teams.
• Ability to drive adoption with care teams and hold accountability for outcomes.
• Experience mentoring other PMs.
