• Intellectual honesty, personal integrity, curiosity, and EQ shape how you work with end users and elicit non-obvious requirements.
• Async or IRL, you style-flex to meet your audience where they’re at, distill complexity to simplicity, and have an “owner’s mentality.”

Requirements

• Attention to detail and pragmatism.
• Crisp, clear, concise communications, both written and orally.
• You have an “owner’s mentality” and are comfortable sharing your ideas and perspective with the C-suite, and you take accountability when they reflect in the real-world.

• You have an understanding of or interest in the military and defense tech space.
