Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Product Planning Manager who can shape the future of our Biomedical portfolio through innovation, market analysis, and strategic foresight. Our products are critical to the maintenance and performance of medical devices in a healthcare setting. In this role, you will lead with insight—owning the front-end of the innovation process and qualifying investment priorities. You’ll identify where the market is going, uncover unmet customer needs, and translate those insights into clear product strategies, prioritized ideas to explore, and scalable growth opportunities. This role is not just about managing products—it’s about defining what we should build next and why.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent strategic experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of product management or market-focused experience in a B2B technical environment
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth via innovation, market-driven product planning, and innovation strategy
• Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
• Proven ability to build business cases and influence investment decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
