Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Sr. Product Manager Coronary - Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.
We are looking for a high-performing individual to serve in a high-profile position driving product campaigns for a therapy that is changing the interventional cardiology landscape. Your role will focus on:

Increasing the penetration of peripheral Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) in existing markets

Launching new marketing programs

Driving new campaigns
This individual will play a key role in collaborating with various teams to ensure that the projects and campaigns go smoothly and meet their objectives. This is a visible role that will be vital to the companyβs success.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive global & US strategies for marketing programs and campaigns including:

Product positioning
-
Clinical and economic value proposition
-
Messages and collateral
-
Sales and physician education programs
-
Product demand forecasts
-
Analysis of business performance against objectives
-
Formulating new approaches and strategies as needed

Conferences/tradeshows, customer engagement priorities, and booth playbook

Champion product commercialization activities across multiple internal and external groups by collaborating with and influencing operations, regulatory, clinical, quality, sales, sales training, medical affairs, etc.

Lead market research to understand behaviors, test messaging and identify opportunities.

Establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the field and work with them to develop content for our marketing channels.

Acquire and analyze feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, third-party market research and internal stakeholders.

Possess an in-depth knowledge of the coronary community trends and more specifically, the segments targeted by assigned products, including the motivators for action.
Qualifications
-
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.

Minimum 6 years of professional product management or equivalent experience, preferably in cardiovascular medtech.

Experience bringing new novel products to market.

Ability to develop relationships with key opinion leaders and to modify strategies and tactics when necessary based on voice of customer and emerging trends.

Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels of the organization and indirectly influencing business objectives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor or as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.

Sales force engagement experience required.

Up to 30% travel may be required (Global & U.S.).
