[Hiring] ServiceNow Product Manager – Core Platform @RTX

Role Description

The ServiceNow Product Manager is responsible for the strategic ownership, evolution, and delivery of ServiceNow capabilities. This role blends product management discipline, hands-on business analysis, and delivery oversight to ensure solutions drive measurable business value, strong adoption, and scalable governance in a complex enterprise environment.

• Serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, platform teams, developers, and vendors
• Owns the product lifecycle from demand intake through roadmap execution and post-release optimization

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, including 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of product management practices, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and value measurement
• Proven ability to perform business analysis, write high-quality requirements, and support delivery teams
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Requirements

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or domain-specific certifications)
• Experience in large, highly regulated, or global organizations
• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Experience partnering with system integrators or managed service providers
• Experience or certification with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework
