Role Description

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for our core technical platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and developer-friendly.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for our engineering teams, acting as the "glue" between stakeholders and the codebase.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Utilize data and technical KPIs to monitor product health, identifying bottlenecks before they become blockers.
• Ship with Quality: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, ensuring every release meets the high standards our clients expect.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional leads to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with nesto’s broader business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within high-growth technical environments (SaaS, Fintech, or API-first products).
• Comfortable navigating complex system architectures and data flows.
• Ability to explain a microservices architecture to a stakeholder and a business case to a developer with equal ease.
• Experience with the GhSmart methodology or similar rigorous frameworks for decision-making and talent evaluation is a strong plus.
