Role Description
As a Sr. Product and Market Research Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will work closely with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to identify unmet needs, validate product concepts, and guide development through customer-centric research.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives to uncover market trends, customer needs, validate product concepts, and assess usability.

Serve as an organizational subject matter expert for Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research.

Inform and conduct competitive product benchmarking and user experience evaluations to inform product positioning and differentiation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product requirements and innovation strategies.

Guide teams on the interpretation of CI and market data.

Create clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field; experience in product research or user-centered design is required.

Master’s degree in Market research, Human Factors, UX Research, or Product Innovation is preferred.

Strong experience in designing and conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.

Proficiency in research tools and analysis platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau).

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex findings into strategic insights.

Demonstrated fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
