Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead AI-driven innovations. You will own the vision, strategy, and road map of the AI product lines, and will play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge AI solutions into our programs. Your work will directly impact lakhs of students across India by empowering them through AI-enabled chatbot and progressive web application.

  • Be the voice of the customer. You will talk to customers, listen to their feedback, and understand their needs and wants. You will turn their pain points into solutions and their dreams into reality.
  • Be the boss of your own AI product line. You will define the "Why" and "What" and “When to launch” of assigned initiatives and build consensus around the same with stakeholders.
  • Be the master of your craft. You will design, test, and validate product features and functionality with customers and stakeholders. You will use data and customer insights to make informed decisions and measure your impact.
  • Be the leader of the pack. You will work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems and provide value. You will communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the b2c domain.
  • A portfolio of products or projects that have achieved customer satisfaction, retention, and growth and also demonstrate your product management skills.
  • A proven track record to build and deploy innovative AI driven solutions and tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Candidates who studied in Tier 2 / Tier 3 / Tier 4 towns will be preferred.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric and user-focused mindset.
  • AI Expertise: Ability to write composite AI prompts, fine-tune LLM APIs, and good understanding of AI-powered tools from Google Cloud and similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of discovery frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, data visualisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and able to think differently in a constrained environment.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with focus on Storytelling.
  • Agile and lean product development methodologies.
  • Technical and domain knowledge of the Edtech industry.
