Role Description
We are looking for a
Senior AI Productivity Solutions Analyst
to act as the connective tissue of Oura’s AI execution engine. You will own the “glue work” that turns high‑value AI ideas into scoped pilots and measurable outcomes, framing problems with business leaders, designing pragmatic solutions on our existing AI stack, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and driving pilots to clear scale‑or‑shut‑down decisions.
-
Frame problems and opportunities in partnership with Legal, HR, Finance, Commercial, RevOps, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product — clarifying constraints, personas, workflows, and success signals before work starts.
-
Shape AI solutions on top of existing platforms (e.g., Anthropic/Claude, Vertex, Glean, Cursor and related tools), re‑using approved connectors and governance patterns rather than creating bespoke one‑offs.
-
Design and manage AI pilots end‑to‑end — define hypotheses, KPIs, and guardrails; map sponsors and accountable owners; run kick‑offs, status check‑ins, and decision checkpoints.
-
Produce decision‑ready business cases that synthesize pilot results into concise recommendations (scale, iterate, or shut down), including impact, cost, risk posture, and ownership for next steps.
-
Coordinate cross‑functional “glue work” across Workplace Tech, Security/Privacy, Legal/Procurement, Data, and business teams so that governance, integrations, and measurement are in place from day one.
-
Document patterns and playbooks (intake flows, pilot templates, partnership patterns by function, handoff from experiment to BAU) and feed insights into AI Productivity’s KPI tracking and executive narratives.
This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates who can effectively collaborate with teams in Pacific and Eastern time zones. We have offices in San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co‑working locations.
Qualifications
-
5–8+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, AI/ML enablement, or similar roles combining hands‑on solution delivery with stakeholder management.
-
Proven experience designing and delivering AI agents, automations, or workflow solutions in an enterprise environment (not just strategy or advisory).
-
Strong cross‑functional facilitation skills — able to partner with non‑technical leaders to clarify problems, frame realistic pilots, and drive adoption and change management.
-
Demonstrated ability to translate informal asks (“we should use AI for X”) into structured briefs with personas, current vs. desired state, AI leverage points, KPIs, and guardrails.
-
Comfort working across a multi‑tool AI stack (LLMs, knowledge tools, workflow automation) and re‑using existing platforms, governance, and integration patterns instead of building ungoverned one‑offs.
-
Experience with tools like Claude/Anthropic, Glean, Gemini, Parabola, and enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Asana, Smartsheet, Snowflake/Cortex, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Databricks is a strong plus.
