[Hiring] Senior Program Manager, Product Enablement @Expel

Role Description

This role involves acting as a bridge between engineering, product marketing, and sales teams to enhance product enablement.

• Simplify complex technical concepts into digestible content (workshops, knowledge checks, certifications).
• Lead the charge for all new product and feature launches, ensuring readiness and excitement among the field teams.
• Curate training experiences using various mediums (videos, role-plays, infographics) to cater to different learning preferences.
• Measure impact using data from Salesforce and enablement platforms to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Technical Training (with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS, preferably Cybersecurity).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., transitioning from a SOC Analyst role into enablement or building your own consultancy).

Requirements

• Unique ability to listen to engineers and explain the resulting value to non-technical Account Executives.
• Experience with LMS/CMS platforms (e.g., Mindtickle, Highspot, WorkRamp) and CRM data (Salesforce).
• Drive to ship content, capture feedback, and iterate quickly.

Salary Range

$118,400 — $171,700 USD
