Role Description
This role involves joining the Software Research & Development (R&D) team at Haemonetics to help improve transfusion management workflows and processes.
- Help prioritize features and manage the product roadmap
- Deliver value to customers for SafeTrace Tx®, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager products
- Provide complete testing and transfusion history in a consolidated record
- Ensure continuity-of-care across member locations
- Implement extensive safety features to protect patients
- Streamline clinical communications through seamless interfaces
- Monitor TEG platform in real-time and provide retrospective information on test history and results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (higher-level degrees may substitute for years of experience)
- 6+ years of experience in product development, ownership, or transfusion management experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
- Knowledge of transfusion or hemostasis workflows
- Experience with BloodTrack software (as an end-user or support) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) preferred
- Strong ability to break down features into clear, manageable user stories
- Effective communication and collaboration with technical and commercial teams
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize features and manage product roadmap
- Experience in delivering effective software solutions
- Strong understanding of clinical decision-making processes
