[Hiring] Senior Product Marketing Manager @ComplyAdvantage

Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for our Platform and Data portfolio, the infrastructure, identity, data and entity-resolution capabilities that power everything else we build, from real-time screening to agentic case remediation. This portfolio includes our migration tooling, which helps customers move off legacy systems onto our Mesh platform, and our emerging agentic and AI capabilities.

You will report to the VP of Product Marketing and be one of two Product Marketing hires building out a newly-forming function. You'll partner closely with the Product Directors who own Platform and Data, translating a strategically-driven, technical roadmap into a competitive narrative and market presence.

This role has no direct reports today. It is a hands-on, individual-contributor role reporting into the VP, with real ownership from day one and room to grow into more scope as the Product Marketing team and the Platform & Data portfolio mature.

What You Will Do

• Own product marketing for Platform & Data.
• Tell the data and platform story.
• Own the migration narrative.
• Lead launches end to end.
• Own website and partner marketing.
• Contribute to competitive intelligence and win-loss.
• Represent the US market.
• Partner with Product without owning their roadmap.
• Use AI in your own work.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall professional experience, including 2-4+ years in product marketing.
• Experience at a high-growth, multi-product technology company.
• Demonstrated ownership of a launch or major narrative/content project end to end.
• Strong independence and autonomy, with good judgment about when to run with something and when to escalate.
• Ability to translate technical, infrastructure-level product capability into a narrative for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort operating in a regulated, technical B2B environment.
• Demonstrable AI adoption in your own working practice.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years specifically in product marketing (preferred).
• Experience in fintech, security, or identity markets (preferred).
• Experience marketing AI or agentic tools, platforms, or features (preferred).
• Experience marketing technical or infrastructure/data products (preferred).
• Familiarity with win-loss and competitive intelligence practices (preferred).
• Experience owning or contributing to company website content (preferred).
• Experience with partner marketing or co-marketing programs (preferred).
