Role Description

As the Product Manager for Searchandizing, you will lead a cross-functional team to transform powerful merchandising tools into a guided, intuitive workflow that empowers customers to curate shopping experiences according to business goals.

• Lead the Searchandizing team in providing customers with advanced tools to flexibly curate shopping experiences that optimize net revenue on top of Constructor's algorithms.
• Transform the powerful set of merchandising tools into a guided, intuitive, and holistic workflow.
• Set the team vision and execute its strategy, including customer and market research.
• Set up metrics and goals for your cross-functional team of engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with other product teams to drive strategic initiatives towards company objectives.
• Bridge the gap between manual curation and algorithmic optimization to drive net revenue for global e-commerce brands.

• User experience advocate and empathetic problem solver.
• Strategic thinker capable of stepping into the shoes of customers from numerous industries.
• Experience in redesigning fragmented toolsets into single, guided workflows.
• Focused on ROI and understanding of how merchandisers’ success is measured.
• Empathetic to customers, guiding them towards data-driven decisions.
• Experience working remotely and in agile software development with empowered cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of managing commitments and expectations from numerous internal and external stakeholders.

• Base salary: $90K - $135K USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results.
