Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to build an enterprise-grade data platform to power our BI and AI intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Setting data collection, transformation and access strategy across verticals at a platform level.

Building and deploying a next-generation data architecture.

Collaborating with verticals on industry-leading data and analytics and AI products.

Launching 0 to 1 products that drive real revenue.
This is a very collaborative and visible role, where you will:

Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams spanning design, marketing, engineering, architecture, QA, sales, support, and implementation.

Access our most-senior product, platform, marketing, and sales leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:

Guiding the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

Working with vertical leaders to ensure successful product commercialization and go-to-market execution.

Being the market, customer, and product expert for data platforms within the organization.

Gathering and prioritizing market requirements.
-
Maximizing portfolio ROI through the right mix of product initiatives.
-
Working closely with the development team to deliver capabilities that meet specified requirements and objectives.

Developing and articulating a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands.
-
Identifying opportunities to address customer problems and drive incremental business value.
-
Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.

Articulating the value of prioritized features and how they fit into a larger overall strategy.
-
Mastering your product, including understanding data ingest, transform, load, table structures, and technical components.

Empathizing with end-user problems across verticals and building data-driven, hypothesis-based product requirements.

Creating and managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Prioritizing features and releases based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.

Clearly articulating the problems that need to be solved for customers and quantifying the value to be created.

Defining and delivering the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for each strategic bet.

Owning the product roadmap, P&L, strategy, execution, and GTM E2E.

Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release.
-
Making data-driven decisions and continuously iterating on products to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
-
Managing capacity and demand for the team, including development, market enablement, bug resolution, and testing.
Qualifications
-
5+ years building and launching Data & analytics products, with vertical SaaS experience preferred.
-
7+ years of product management experience, with B2B or B2B2C preferred.
-
Familiarity and fluency with AI/ML, data science, and database technologies, architectures, and concepts.
-
Strong mix of technical and business acumen with the ability to balance business needs, customer needs, technical considerations, and profitability.

Experience launching and monetizing products.
-
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with time and revenue pressure and constant ambiguity.
-
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in complex decision-making scenarios.

Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize work for maximum impact.

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and delivering results in dynamic environments.

Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market conditions, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to identify key customer problems.

Resourceful problem solver with creativity in finding solutions.

Team player who aligns with company/portfolio strategies and executes initiatives that benefit the overall organization.

Comfortable with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics) of product management.

Experience in nimble product delivery organizations with close collaboration between product, design, and engineering.

Ability to independently manage projects and provide guidance and mentorship to Product Owner direct reports.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
