[Hiring] Senior Product Manager / Consultant @Product Impact

Role Description

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals, owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

• Serve as an Interim Product Manager: Guide clients from building MVPs to launching them, salvaging stalled initiatives, helping scale-ups meet quarterly KPIs, steering product pivots, or setting up new product departments or capabilities.
• Tackle challenging problems: Make numerous product and business decisions that affect clients, overseeing the delivery and discovery processes of several initiatives simultaneously.
• Partner with stakeholders: Handle people and high-pressure situations with prompt and honest responses, managing stakeholders who may push for harmful initiatives and aligning them on developing the right solutions.
• Help Product Impact thrive: Propose and take ownership of initiatives that strengthen the team, enable quicker delivery of great results for clients, and optimize for long-term profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment.
• Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods.
• Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies.
• Able to switch between analytical and creative thinking.
