[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Rocket Money

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to build a new investing product from 0→1, then grow and scale it into a core part of Rocket Money’s future. With end-to-end ownership and direct access to senior leadership, you’ll have the reach of an established platform, the impact of a small team, and the opportunity to improve millions of financial lives.

You’ll lead a small, decisive product team with engineering and UX to:

• Build a new investing product from 0→1
• Find product-market fit
• Grow it into a sustainable part of our business

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Group Product Manager, Financial Products, with close partnership with the Vice President of Financial Products and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning the full product lifecycle
• Experience building new products from scratch
• Experience with consumer financial products in a regulated environment
• Outstanding intellectual ability
• Strong product sense and customer understanding
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Effective communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Technical fluency
• AI fluency and curiosity

Requirements

• Build a deep understanding of our members' financial lives, goals, and unmet needs
• Define a focused MVP and lead development from discovery and prototyping through launch
• Shape the end-to-end member experience
• Own outcomes beyond launch: activation, engagement, retention, and business growth
• Identify barriers to adoption and ongoing value
• Instrument the experience, analyze funnels and cohorts
• Keep the team and leadership aligned on learnings and changes
