Role Description

This Product Manager will be a key member of our global team, working directly with our US clients on mission-critical engagements.

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall business success of our clients’ software products, which includes:

• Working closely with clients to strategically advise them and build solutions to solve business problems.
• Partnering with global delivery teams (Engineering and Program Management) and the Client Services team to support pre-sales efforts.
• Consulting with clients on business challenges and delivering best-of-breed products using Agile practices.
• Driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with clients to build and design a broad digital strategy and lead teams to execute against it.
• Act as the cross-functional product lead of distributed product team members from delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
• Manage the overall progress of a project and use of resources, including initiating corrective action if required.
• Lead the team to execute against a short-term plan by prioritizing and planning the content and timeline for releases.
• Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments as the go-to expert for the product.
• Make prioritization trade-offs within the confines of product goals.
• Communicate plans, priorities, and status to the client, team members, and internal management as appropriate.
• Measure and improve business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership position (Sr. PM, Lead PM, Director).
• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients.
• Experience in organizational leadership, including working with and influencing teams and executive leads.
• A strong track record of problem-solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details.
• Experience working with global teams is a MUST.
• Highly culturally aware.
• Well-versed in User Research; championing users’ needs across the customer experience, facilitating workshops.
• Relationship builder. Highly empathetic and collaborative, able to work across senior-level stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products.
