[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Novisto

1mth ago - Novisto is hiring a remote Senior Product Manager. πŸ’Έ Salary: unspecified πŸ“Location: UK

Role Description

Carbon is Novisto's broadest and most technically demanding product area β€” spanning Corporate Carbon Accounting (including Scope 3), Financed Emissions, Product Carbon Footprint, and Decarbonisation. This role owns product outcomes across that full suite, requiring a PM who can move fluidly across multiple product lines and operate with the rigor an audit-ready product demands.

The Opportunity:

  • Full ownership of a multi-product suite requiring strong prioritisation and comfort with constant context-switching.
  • A build/partner/acquire execution model: some capability is built in-house, some delivered through partners, some inherited through acquisition.
  • Direct customer exposure at a strategic level: roadmap and strategy presentations, live requirements conversations, and escalations.
  • Product evolution into AI-enabled capability as the suite matures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own outcomes across the Carbon suite.
  • Hold end-to-end product accountability across Corporate Carbon Accounting (incl. Scope 3), Financed Emissions, Product Carbon Footprint, and Decarbonisation.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly across competing problem spaces.
  • Build sufficient domain depth in each area to drive solutions forward independently.
  • Be accountable for measurable product outcomes β€” adoption, retention, delivery against commercial commitments.
  • Operate a build/partner/acquire model.
  • Work directly with external partners to define scope and manage product-level relationships.
  • Assess and integrate acquired or partnered capability into a coherent product experience.
  • Bring enough commercial fluency to input into build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
  • Bring audit-grade rigor to everything you ship.
  • Treat reporting rules and regulatory requirements as first-order product constraints.
  • Track evolving disclosure requirements as an active input to roadmap decisions.
  • Translate genuinely technical, regulation-driven requirements into decisions engineering can build against.
  • Run modern discovery and delivery practice.
  • Lead discovery β€” customer interviews, problem framing, prototyping with UX/UI.
  • Partner closely with Engineering on solution design.
  • Operate in the spirit of empowered product teams: outcome-driven, discovery-led, and evidence-based.
  • Design within a shared platform architecture and design system.
  • Evolve the product with AI.
  • Identify where AI capability should be embedded in the Carbon suite.
  • Bring genuine curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools into your process.
  • Be the face of Carbon to customers.
  • Lead strategy and roadmap conversations directly with customers.
  • Take ownership of live customer feedback, requirements, and escalations.
  • Work across the business.
  • Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering.
  • Raise the bar for product craft on the wider team through example.
  • Use data to inform prioritisation and defend decisions.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally at scale-up stage.
  • Demonstrated comfort operating in a technical, rules-heavy, or regulated domain.
  • Strong evidence of modern PM practice: discovery-led, outcome-oriented.
  • Experience running discovery with UX/UI Designers.
  • Confident, senior-level customer-facing skills.
  • A genuine data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to work with AI tooling across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Direct domain knowledge in carbon accounting, ESG, or sustainability reporting is a plus.
  • Experience managing or shaping products delivered through partnership or white-label arrangements.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tooling in the product development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with product operations practice.
  • Experience in a company expanding its platform scope through partnership or acquisition.

Benefits

  • Join an early-stage, well-financed company.
  • Advance Novisto’s purpose of contributing to sustainability.
  • Flexible schedules & opportunity to work remotely.
  • 4 weeks of vacation.
  • Stock option plan.
  • Summer hours.
  • Beautiful office in downtown London for those who prefer to work in-office.
