[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Unbounce

Role Description

Unbounce's Landing Page Builder is a well-established product used by marketers and agencies who depend on it to run their campaigns. We're investing deliberately in the platform foundation that will power the next phase of growth, and we're looking for a senior PM to own that work.

As Senior Product Manager you'll lead the team responsible for platform modernization and engineering velocity. The work you prioritize directly determines how fast every other team on the LPB can ship, how reliably the product performs for customers, and how confidently engineering can move through our AI-first transformation.

This is a strategic role. You'll work closely with engineering leads, architects, and the VP of Product to build a platform roadmap with clear tradeoffs, balancing infrastructure investment against business impact and feature team throughput. The right person for this role takes real pride in work that makes everyone else faster.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help sequence platform work to support modernization with AI-native tooling and practices.
• Develop and maintain a rolling roadmap for platform health and infrastructure modernization.
• Prioritize based on engineering impact, customer-facing risk, and velocity gains for feature teams.
• Work with engineering leads to understand platform investment opportunities across scalability, reliability, security, and architecture.
• Translate investment opportunities into clear tradeoffs for executives and cross-functional partners.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, lead sprint reviews.
• Keep the team focused on outcomes rather than effort.
• Define and track KPIs: deployment frequency, build reliability, test coverage, incident response times, engineering-reported velocity.
• Build reporting that makes progress visible.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience: 5+ years in a PM role.
• At least 2 years owning a platform, infrastructure, or technical enablement team in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical fluency: engage credibly with engineers about architectural tradeoffs and modernization strategies.
• Strong prioritization instincts: comfortable making calls about sequencing and tradeoffs under competing pressures.
• Clear communication and influence: able to run a sprint review that keeps engineers engaged and stakeholders informed.
• Experience in Agile environments: champion the process without being precious about it.

Requirements

• Experience leading a technology transformation or platform re-architecture at a B2B SaaS company.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Mixpanel, QuickSight, or similar.
• Prior experience at a PE-backed SaaS company.
