[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Fieldwire

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of Fieldwire’s core products and help shape the future of how construction teams work together around the world. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling an industry-leading jobsite management platform used by hundreds of thousands of construction professionals globally. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to solve complex real-world problems and deliver meaningful product innovations that directly impact how projects are built.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and wants to see their work used daily by professionals building real infrastructure. You will develop deep expertise in both our customers and our market while helping Fieldwire continue its mission to modernize a $12 trillion global construction industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify complex, high-impact opportunities and product gaps within the construction technology ecosystem
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes
• Drive product vision and execute strategic roadmaps aligned to company growth priorities
• Own one or more product development teams and lead initiatives across the full product lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deeply understand customer needs
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate problems and test solutions
• Lead rapid experimentation through prototypes, A/B testing, and iterative releases to deliver value quickly
• Use data, research, and customer insights to guide product decisions and prioritization

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy for your functional product area
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to discover, validate, and launch impactful features
• Deliver clear, well-structured product documentation that aligns technical and business stakeholders
• Build strong empathy for construction professionals and advocate for their needs
• Break complex initiatives into phased deliverables that create immediate value while supporting long-term scalability
• Define success metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement through data and customer feedback
• Lead product launches in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams
• Contribute to the evolution of Fieldwire’s product management practices, frameworks, and culture
• Mentor peers and help strengthen product excellence across the organization

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of software product management experience
• Proven ability to partner with Design and Engineering to build impactful, user-centric products
• Strong product intuition with a passion for usability, workflow efficiency, and customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to enable high-velocity product teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions
• Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams
• Experience improving product metrics that drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted product development tools or modern product discovery practices

Requirements

• Experience building B2B or SaaS mobile products
• Construction technology or adjacent industry experience
• Experience working on workflow, collaboration, or productivity platforms
• Experience scaling products in growth-stage environments

Benefits

• Compensation: The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $175,000 - $225,000
• The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
• In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 30%.
