This includes simplifying complex integration tasks, making connector experiences frictionless, and driving adoption through thoughtful UX across our platform.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role, y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will also be responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Define and drive the <strong>connectors/connectivity roadmap</strong> aligned with Workato’s vision of becoming the most comprehensive agenti- orchestration platform.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prioritize investments across <strong>breadth (new connectors)</strong>, <strong>depth (advanced capabilities)</strong>, and <strong>platform extensibility</strong> (SDK, OPA, MCP integration).</p> </li> <li> <p>Anticipate emerging integration patterns (GraphQL, streaming, event-driven, AI/LLM endpoints, Iceberg/Delta formats) and define Workato’s roadmap to support them.</p> </li> </ul> <li> <p><strong>Customer-Centered Design</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Apply <strong>design thinking</strong> to simplify complex workflows, reduce cognitive load, and make building with connectors an <strong>intuitive and delightful experience</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with UX/UI designers to create consistent, human-centered patterns for connector discovery, setup, error handling, and monitoring.</p> </li> <li> <p>Champion usability testing and customer feedback loops to continuously refine experiences.</p> </li> </ul> <li> <p><strong>Execution &amp; Delivery</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Lead cross-functional teams to deliver <strong>high-quality, enterprise-grade connectors</strong> that meet performance, scalability, and compliance needs while staying simple to use.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive enhancements to the <strong>Connector SDK, OPA, and MCP Server integration</strong> for secure, hybrid connectivity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define and measure KPIs for <strong>connector usability, adoption, time-to-value, and reliability</strong>.</p> </li> </ul> <li> <p><strong>Customer &amp; Ecosystem Focus</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with customers, partners, and internal teams to deeply understand <strong>connectivity gaps, enterprise needs, and usability pain points</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive developer and partner adoption of the <strong>Connector SDK and Marketplace (Xchange)</strong> to expand coverage.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with strategic ecosystem partners (Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Databricks, OpenAI/Anthropic, etc.) to co-develop <strong>high-value, intuitive connectors</strong>.</p> </li> </ul> <li> <p><strong>Governance, Security, and Scale</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure connectivity capabilities meet <strong>enterprise standards</strong>: security, observability, performance, and governance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with platform teams to deliver monitoring, throttling, and error-handling at scale for billions of records/day.</p> </li> </ul> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 6+ years in Product Management with at least 3 years in <strong>integration/connectivity/data platform domains</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Design Thinking:</strong> Proven experience applying <strong>design thinking methodologies</strong> to build products that combine technical depth with <strong>delightful, intuitive user experiences</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li> <p>Strong understanding of SaaS APIs, databases, ERPs, message queues, and modern data platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with ETL/ELT, streaming/event-driven integration, and API management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with SDKs/adapters, OPA/hybrid connectivity, and emerging data formats (Iceberg, Parquet).</p> </li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Customer Empathy:</strong> Skilled at translating enterprise requirements and customer pain points into <strong>intuitive product experiences</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Execution &amp; Influence:</strong> Strong at driving cross-functional projects, influencing engineering and design, and delivering <strong>products users love</strong> at enterprise scale.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>(REQ ID: 2495)</strong></p>
