Role Description
As a Product Manager, you'll have an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organization at the center of the mobile movement. The Product Manager ensures client and user satisfaction by overseeing product and project planning, implementation, and tracking.
- Focus on delivering an outstanding User and Consumer Experience
- Run strategic product sessions
- Partner with partner agencies on delivery
- Write product requirements in the form of stories
- Lead the team assigned to your project
- Act as the liaison to the client or partner during the design & development cycle
- Manage delivery and budgets of time and money
- Communicate status transparently to all stakeholders
- Serve as an evangelist for ArcTouch services
- Assist the Sales team with estimates and client pitches when not assigned to a project
Qualifications
- Digital agency or technology consulting experience
- Experience delivering apps, websites, or connected experiences from concept to launch and beyond for enterprise and consumer markets
- Ability to create long-term product roadmaps and manage product release cycles
- Proven ability to coordinate between geographically separated production teams of Engineers, QA, Product Managers, and Designers
Requirements
- Be an ambassador for high performance, leadership, and teamwork
- Use project and product background, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients
- Be a great communicator, building personal and professional relationships
- Drive the creation of a release capacity plan involving all relevant internal stakeholders
- Develop a resourcing plan and negotiate the allocation of people for project success
- Own all delivery steps, work with designers (UI/UX) on prototypes, create and prioritize user stories
- Organize and document the project and facilitate effective ceremonies
- Keep close track of the project budget
- Remove blockers, mediate conflicts, and keep the team focused on achieving goals
- Effectively communicate with executives and key client stakeholders
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to guide project team improvements
- Support leadership to explore new business opportunities
- Occasionally run strategic product sessions, user testing, and A/B testing
