[Hiring] Senior Product Engineer for Technical Foundation @Ecco Collection

Role Description

We're looking for a Founding Product Engineer to own the core of our stack. This is not a feature-factory role. You'll work directly with the founder, make architectural decisions that matter, and build systems that need to be right — not just fast.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience in:
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Node.js/NestJS
  • MongoDB
  • AWS
  • Event-based validation logic
  • PMS & booking engine & Co integrations
• Analytical Mindset: Enjoy creative thinking and have the ability to deconstruct complex problems into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team environment and enjoy working closely with both internal teams and external IT experts/partners.
• Communication Skills: Able to present complex technical ideas clearly and effectively to different stakeholders.
• Language: Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
