Role Description

This role involves developing and assisting with governance, managing security and access provisioning, and interfacing with the user community, business stakeholders, and the Domo application engagement team.

• Capture and define requirements for the development of new features and techniques needed by the community
• Troubleshoot existing functionality when needed
• Analyze, manipulate, or process large sets of data using statistical software
• Apply sampling techniques to determine groups to be surveyed or use complete enumeration methods
• Clean and manipulate raw data using statistical software
• Create graphs, charts, or other visualizations to convey the results of data analysis using specialized software
• Identify business problems or management objectives that can be addressed through data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a technology-related occupation

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in platform and system administration
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, or Scala
• Development skills including workflow, process, flow, reports, or formula development
• Experience with data structures and data models
• Automated scripting for user management and governance processes
• SQL and ETL experience
• Committing code to a code repository
• Product development lifecycle (PDLC) across multiple environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
