[Hiring] Senior Manager, Digital Product Management @American Express

Role Description

American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Senior Managers, Digital Product Management to gather business requirements and data, and design and develop products consistent with specifications.

• Analyze technology stack and platform services.
• Understand and meet key metrics.
• Create service and API requirements.
• Execute product roadmap.
• Improve the overall customer experience of card members.
• Leverage innovative technology solutions that reflect internal and external needs.
• Help define and prioritize the future of the technology stack.
• Educate key stakeholders on product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience leading large-scale product development projects through all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
• Experience must include:
  • Product design and development.
  • Business systems analysis, including requirements analysis and definition.
  • Root cause analysis, developing business process flows, and designing, building, and testing application code.
  • Presenting complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leading and influencing development partners in a cross-functional environment.
  • Agile rapid application development.
  • Data analysis using SQL.
  • Experience with Data Visualization and Analysis, ETL skills and tools, Graphql, Java, JIRA, Hive, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.
