Role Description

As Sr Global Product Manager, Digital Solutions – Surgical & Procedural Care, you will shape the strategy, roadmap, and growth of digital solutions supporting perioperative workflows across pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative care. You will:

• Engage key external and internal stakeholders to define product strategy, build business and investment cases, and lead the successful development and commercialization of digital solutions.
• Translate customer and market needs into differentiated products, prioritize investments, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions through agile development processes.
• Align roadmaps with portfolio strategy, investment guardrails, and enterprise objectives.
• Own the full product lifecycle and be accountable for the commercial success of perioperative digital solutions.
• Drive customer adoption, recurring revenue growth, and measurable business outcomes.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to shape market direction and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher Degree (or equivalency) in business, engineering, computer science, healthcare, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, product development, commercialization, or business leadership within MedTech, digital health, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
• Experience in healthcare, with relevant exposure to perioperative, surgical, anesthesia, procedural care, or adjacent acute-care clinical workflows.

Requirements

• Perioperative Clinical Workflow Expertise – Understanding of anesthesia, perioperative workflow, care-team coordination, and clinical decision-support needs across surgical and procedural care environments.
• Strategic Product Leadership & Commercial Acumen – Ability to develop product strategies, business cases, and investment recommendations linked to customer and business outcomes.
• Product Development & Execution – Experience leading products through the lifecycle from concept through commercialization, adoption, and growth.
• Commercialization & Go-to-Market Execution – Ability to successfully launch and scale products through effective commercialization, customer adoption, and market penetration strategies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence – Ability to align engineering, commercial, service, clinical, and executive stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Communication & Executive Presence – Ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, engineers, and commercial teams through compelling storytelling, clear recommendations, and influence without authority.

• Competitive salary range: $149,600.00-$224,400.00 Annual.
