Role Description
We are creating a new Senior Director, Launch Excellence & GTM role to build and lead an integrated launch capability that spans product, clinical, care operations, and commercial teams. This leader will own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for Omada’s most strategic offerings—from concept and development through go-to-market planning, care-team readiness, and post-launch optimization.
The role will ensure that every high-stakes launch is coherent end-to-end: designed around buyer and member needs, operationally feasible for care teams, and aligned to Omada’s enterprise-level goals across our B2B2C model.
Your Impact

Serve as the single, accountable leader for Omada’s highest‑stakes launches, connecting product, clinical, care operations, and commercial teams.

Create and activate a predictable, company‑wide way of launching.

Raise the bar on launch quality and reliability by establishing clear standards, rituals, and KPIs.

Shape upstream product and care‑model decisions by bringing buyer, member, and care‑team needs into the room early.

Operate as a highly strategic yet hands‑on individual contributor.

Turn every launch into a learning engine for Omada by codifying insights, patterns, and best practices.

Leverage AI thoughtfully to accelerate launch planning, insight generation, and execution.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional leaders and peers across various teams.
Qualifications

15+ years of experience across product management, product marketing, strategy/operations, or commercial roles.

Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market for technology or tech-enabled products.

Natural cross‑functional collaborator who builds deep partnerships with peers.

Experience defining and running launch frameworks, governance, and KPIs.

Strong strategic and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills; able to synthesize complex concepts into clear narratives.

Fluent in using AI and other advanced tools to increase leverage.
