Role Description
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM), you will deliver end-to-end client implementations with a primary focus on Retail and Commerce, complemented by strong Supply Chain and Warehouse execution. This role requires a consultant who can independently own functional areas, collaborate across workstreams, and ensure Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance processes operate as a cohesive, integrated solution.

What you will do:

Retail & Commerce Responsibilities:

Lead and support implementation of D365 Retail (Commerce) capabilities, including store operations, POS, pricing, promotions, assortments, and channel setup.

Support omni-channel scenarios, including eCommerce (website) applications and order orchestration across digital and physical channels.

Translate retail business requirements into functional designs that align commerce, inventory availability, fulfillment, and customer experience.

Lead discovery workshops and design sessions focused on retail strategy, channel execution, and customers’ business processes.

Supply Chain & Warehouse Responsibilities:

Configure and support Supply Chain Management processes including inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and fulfillment.

Ensure Supply Chain and Warehouse processes align with demand, replenishment, and order fulfillment requirements.

Support testing, data validation, and go-live readiness for operational processes tied to project execution.

Cross-Functional & Delivery Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations across Retail and Supply Chain workstreams.

Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Project Managers to ensure cohesive delivery and on-time execution.

Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) where appropriate to extend and enhance D365 solutions.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, delivery standards, and continuous improvement of enVista’s implementation methodology, utilizing Azure DevOps.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail (Commerce) with exposure to omni-channel and eCommerce scenarios.

Cross-functional experience across core Supply Chain areas such as inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, and fulfillment.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional designs and system configurations.

Familiarity with Power Platform tools and their role in extending D365 Retail and Supply Chain solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in client-facing environments.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with distributed delivery teams.
-
Willingness to travel approximately 3–5 weeks per year.
