Role Description
As an IAM Product Owner Senior Consultant, you will support our client’s cybersecurity organization by driving delivery for a rapidly evolving Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between product strategy and execution—translating complex identity, authentication, and security requirements into clear, actionable work for agile delivery teams.
You will take ownership of team-level backlog management, ensuring that priorities are well-defined, dependencies are understood, and work is consistently ready for execution. Partnering closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Cybersecurity stakeholders, you will bring clarity to scope, reduce ambiguity, and enable predictable delivery across a multi-team program. You will also play a key role in release readiness, helping coordinate delivery across teams while ensuring quality, risk awareness, and alignment with broader platform objectives.
