Role Description

This role works closely with the VP, Solutions & Innovations to translate strategic solution vision into scalable platforms, operational frameworks, and client-ready capabilities. The position will focus on bridging business strategy with technology execution by collaborating with engineering, analytics, product, and operational teams to build enterprise-grade systems and deliver high-impact client solutions.

• Shape solution architectures.
• Support platform development initiatives.
• Enable rapid prototyping of new capabilities leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and automation technologies.
• Contribute to client solutioning efforts, articulating technical capabilities, implementation approaches, and measurable value to clients.
• Oversee the execution of solution initiatives.

• Support the successful delivery of scalable enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare domain expertise with strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Solutions and Innovations, Payment Integrity. Lead a departmental level team.
