Role Description

Salesforce Technical Product Owner – Healthcare

Location: USA – Remote

Compensation: $150K annually (including 15% QPLC)

Experience: 7–12+ years

Domain: Healthcare – Payer/Provider

Platform: Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Solution Delivery experience.
• 7+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Lead Salesforce Functional/Technical Analyst.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, OmniStudio, APIs, data migration, security model, Flows, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, story grooming, sprint planning, and refinement.
• Ability to translate business features into development-ready user stories, technical tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, risks, blockers, UAT, release planning, and production deployments.
• Strong Healthcare domain experience, preferably with payer/provider workflows.
• Knowledge of care management, population health, provider engagement, member services, claims, or clinical workflows is preferred.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Azure integrations, and enterprise healthcare ecosystems is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud, Administrator, Business Analyst, or Product Owner are preferred.
