Role Description
The Product Manager Lead will be responsible for designing and driving end-to-end product planning and execution for Green Dot's Partner products and services.
- Define and prioritize market and partner requirements for API integrations, onboarding, and integration.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all partner and internal stakeholder requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Business leaders, Product, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to develop product strategy and value proposition.
- Design customer journeys, user experience, and success metrics.
- Manage activities for launching GreenDot’s partner products and services from product definition and planning through production, release, and account management.
- Lead all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line for the partnership.
- Manage the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensure project completion is within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements and priorities with business owners and stakeholders such as Fraud Strategy, Fraud Operations, BSA/AML, Compliance, and Disputes.
- Triage product defects and ensure proper ownership and delegation towards resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and Account Management teams.
- Manage compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and process leanings.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years experience with at least 3 years working in Fintech or Banking technology industries.
- Working knowledge of payments and consumer financial services.
- Experience implementing and/or supporting Risk, Disputes, Compliance, and BSA/AML systems.
- Experience in managing an API-based B2B services.
- Familiarity with the Azure platform.
- Strong proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of Jira.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones preferred.

Benefits
- The targeted base salary for this position is $109,300 to $163,900 per year.
- The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
