Role Description

Develon is looking for an experienced Regional Product Support Manager to join our dynamic and growing team!

• Supervise and manage an assigned group of District Product Support Managers.
• Responsible for the profitable revenue growth of the company’s parts and service business with the Develon network of dealers in North America.
• Responsible for technical assistance for assigned dealer regions.
• Manage a team of District Product Support Managers.
• Conduct performance evaluations, interviews, hiring, training, and development for the DPSM team.
• Mentor and provide front-line support for the team.
• Guide parts and service growth for dealers in assigned regions.
• Track incremental parts and service growth.
• Administer and control budget.
• Manage commercial policy budget.
• Minimize the risk associated with dealer and customer issues.
• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to best support team and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience Required: 5-10 years.
• Travel Required: 75% or more.
• Electrical, Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, Emissions, Troubleshooting & Diagnostics.
• Technical background.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented.
• Must have assertive negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to persuade.
