Role Description
Responsible for identifying customer needs and driving the vision, execution, and business objectives of a technical product.
- Works with other Technology areas to make tactical decisions about product functionality.
- Manages projects that consist of a single development team.
- Propose and manage demand for application work.
- Manages projects through all phases and milestones.
- Manages product feature/capability set for business solutions.
- Performs market and competitor analysis.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant experience.

Must meet one of the following education requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college).
- Associate’s degree in a Technical Field.
- Certification in relevant focus area.
Requirements
- Partners with senior leadership to draft multi-year strategic growth plans.
- Drives annual revenues by improving use experiences, resulting in lead conversion for insurance.
- Builds and drives roadmaps and designs new features and enhancements.
- Defines and executes product strategy.
- Makes recommendations on long-term operating decisions regarding product development and distribution strategies.
