Product Solutions Manager

As we continue expanding our product portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated Product Solutions Specialist to serve as the technical and business expert connecting Product, Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Customer Success. This individual will play a pivotal role in helping prospects, partners, and clients understand PandaPay's technology while ensuring our products are effectively positioned, demonstrated, documented, implemented, and continuously improved.

The Product Solutions Specialist reports directly to the Head of Product & Partnerships .

Key Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Solution Consulting:
  • Partner with prospective clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational workflows, pain points, and technical requirements.
  • Design and recommend tailored PandaPay solutions that align with each client's operational and strategic goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the solution evaluation process.
• Technical Sales & Solution Engineering:
  • Act as the product and technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle.
  • Participate in discovery meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution design sessions.
  • Build confidence with prospective clients by clearly articulating product capabilities, integrations, and implementation strategies.
• Product Demonstrations:
  • Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations for PandaPay's payment, POS, and SaaS platforms.
  • Maintain demonstration environments that accurately reflect production capabilities and current product enhancements.
  • Adapt demonstrations based on industry, customer profile, and business requirements.
• Product Training & Enablement:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive product training for internal teams, implementation specialists, sales representatives, channel partners, and clients.
  • Ensure stakeholders fully understand product functionality, workflows, best practices, competitive positioning, and implementation methodologies.
  • Continuously enhance training content as new products and features are introduced.
• Product Expertise:
  • Develop deep expertise across PandaPay's entire product ecosystem, including payment processing, POS solutions, SaaS applications, APIs, integrations, reporting tools, hardware, and emerging technologies.
  • Serve as the organization's primary resource for product-related knowledge and technical guidance.
• Product Operations & Continuous Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze customer, partner, and internal feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into structured documentation and actionable recommendations for Product and Development teams.
  • Support feature prioritization, product validation, and solution refinement initiatives.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management:
  • Create and maintain high-quality product documentation, implementation guides, standard operating procedures, configuration documentation, FAQs, sales playbooks, onboarding materials, demo scripts, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Ensure documentation remains accurate, scalable, and easily accessible across the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from sales through onboarding and implementation by documenting customer requirements, technical configurations, and project expectations.
• Product Strategy & Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor industry trends across fintech, payments, SaaS, POS, retail technology, hospitality, automation, and business software.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and evolving customer expectations to provide strategic recommendations that strengthen PandaPay's product roadmap and market positioning.
• Sales Enablement:
  • Support the development of sales collateral, competitive comparison guides, technical documentation, implementation resources, partner enablement materials, and customer-facing presentations.
  • Equip commercial teams with the resources required to effectively position PandaPay's solutions in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Solutions, Sales Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Implementation.
• Experience within fintech, SaaS, payment processing, POS technology, ERP systems, hospitality technology, retail technology, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, software workflows, payment ecosystems, and operational business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
