Role Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our web hosting solutions, working closely with our cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and maintain our products. As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.

Define the product vision and strategy for our web hosting solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and customer support teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and backlogs to ensure efficient delivery of products
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, gathering feedback to inform product development
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and are ready for release
Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings
Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and customers
Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a product management or product ownership role in the web hosting industry
Strong understanding of web hosting technologies, including cloud computing, scalability, and security
Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Requirements
