[Hiring] Product Owner – P&C Insurance @TMS LLC

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong expertise in the U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the policy lifecycle, underwriting, product configuration, requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

• Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge
• Commercial & Specialty Insurance experience preferred
• User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, Process Flows
• Product Backlog Management & Agile/Scrum
• Underwriting, Rating & Policy Lifecycle
• JIRA, Confluence, Miro

Qualifications

• Experience in the P&C Insurance domain
• Hands-on experience with policy lifecycle and underwriting
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Requirements

• Strong expertise in product configuration
• Experience with requirements gathering and backlog management
