Role Description

The Product Owner Lead – Global Capital Delivery is an embedded technology and product partner to Enterprise Engineering, Manufacturing stakeholders, and product development teams. This role supports capital program strategy, project delivery needs, and governance expectations into scalable digital, data, and AI‑enabled products that improve safety, schedule predictability, cost control, and execution transparency across manufacturing capital projects.

This role contributes to shaping the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for assigned Capital Delivery and digital products or platforms—partnering closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and external partners.

In addition to core Global Capital Delivery responsibilities, this role provides support for additional R&D efforts as assigned. When engaged, this role participates in supporting analysis, development, and execution activities for the R&D effort—while remaining primarily focused on sustained Global Capital Delivery support.

Success in this role requires strong product judgment, operational understanding of manufacturing capital execution, and the ability to balance urgent project needs with long‑term platform scalability, data integrity, and governance.

Reports to: Product Owner Leader – R&D, GCD, M&A

Span of Control: Individual Contributor; will lead external contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 3 years’ experience in product ownership, product management, or business technology roles
• 3+ years’ experience working directly with business teams to translate needs into digital solutions
