Role Description
As a Product Owner for our “Back Office and Integration” squad you are responsible for the onboarding experience of new customers and the seamless integration into their existing software ecosystem. Offering industry specific and deep integrations is one of our USP’s, eliminating time consuming manual actions and human errors, enabling them to focus on optimizing the travel experience for their customers.
You will be the driving force behind our product vision, working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our travel management solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and deliver measurable value to our B2B clients.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market demands
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and market research
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Define product success metrics and monitor product performance
- Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs within the organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in travel tech or B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with product discovery, user story creation, and backlog management
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Understanding of travel industry dynamics and B2B business models preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
