Role Description
Manage the Product Design and Enhancement Team for APAC, inside the Consumer Market Leaders organization. This team is responsible for:
- Developing, testing, and enhancing existing products in the consumer business
- Developing guidelines, templates, and tools for the standardization and automation of BAU processes within DSCI and for stakeholders
- Guaranteeing the best quality of our products by designing and developing KPIs or tools that allow for the prevention and detection of data quality escape or checking the health of our panels
- Supporting methodological questions from stakeholders
- Answering client inquiries in case L0 - L2 are not able to support
- Working with the Data Science Methods team to understand existing solutions and enable implementation in BAU
- Engaging with Client Engagement teams, Methods, Operations, and Product to:
- Implement new and enhanced methodologies
- Ensure that methodologies take into account deployment needs
- Guarantee BAU execution using standard processes to ensure work efficiency and minimize errors
- Guarantee methodological support and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in retail measurement methodological solutions
- Background in statistics, math, or quantitative social sciences
- Coding proficiency in a major data science coding language such as Python, R
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across functions
- Management and leadership skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Agile tools for communication and documentation
