Role Description

A rare opportunity to lead a high-impact CRM product with genuine autonomy, visibility, and scope to shape future capability.

As a CRM Product Manager, you will:

• Build a CRM that powers outstanding customer experience.
• Take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and lead its evolution to support growth, engagement, and exceptional customer experience.
• Work at the intersection of technology, marketing, customer experience, and business development.
• Report to the Head of Customer Experience.
• Define and deliver the vision, roadmap, and ongoing enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
• Lead the CRM product lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery and design through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the platform is customer-centric, data-driven, and aligned to business strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders and lead change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a CRM-focused role.
• Background in financial services, mortgage, or fintech environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-moving environments.

Requirements

• Product, Agile, or change management certification; experience driving large-scale user adoption.
• National Police Check.
• Occasional after-hours work for system deployments.
