Role Description
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the vision for innovative eCommerce platforms, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands a strong understanding of headless eCommerce platforms and content management solutions, along with excellent collaboration skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for eCommerce solutions.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with business value, customer needs, and technical constraints.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful features and capabilities that enhance user experience.

Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and strategic goals, adapting to feedback and market trends.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.

Support day-to-day system processes, investigating and resolving issues while recommending improvements.

Develop detailed requirements for internal teams and vendors, ensuring alignment during feature development.

Conduct user acceptance testing, create test data, and validate modifications before deployment.

Document and maintain processes and procedures for future reference and team training.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product management within an eCommerce environment.

Proven expertise with headless eCommerce platforms such as Elastic Path Commerce Engine or similar technologies.

Proficiency in content management solutions like Amplience or comparable systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
