Role Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Product Owner to join our talented Federal delivery team. This role will manage product vision, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment within an Agile delivery model. The candidate will translate business requirements into actionable user stories and ensure delivered capabilities provide measurable mission value.

• Define and manage product backlog
• Translate requirements into user stories
• Prioritize features based on mission impact
• Validate deliverables
• Coordinate with technical teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of product or program experience
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps delivery models

• CSPO
• SAFe POPM
