[Hiring] Product Operations Specialist @Rounds

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to support the operational side of our mobile product portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes related to:

• Mobile apps onboarding
• Releases
• Monetization setups
• Product activities

You will support the integration of new apps into our portfolio and help maintain the operational workflows that keep our products running efficiently. You will work closely with:

• Product Managers
• R&D
• Monetization
• Design
• Acquisition teams

This role requires someone who thrives in a B2C mobile apps environment, is comfortable managing detailed operational workflows, and enjoys working across teams to ensure product processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Operations, QA, or similar roles
• Familiarity with B2C mobile apps environment and user-facing products
• Strong operational and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and operational tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve operational issues
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, technical, and business teams
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of operational processes
• Fluent English — both written and spoken
