• Process Design & Harmony: Design and implement cross-functional practices to synchronize product development and introduction.
• Data & Governance: Manage product master data and lead governance rituals to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Commercial Enablement: Oversee product documentation, packaging, and pricing, and create business cases for new market opportunities.
• Routing & Optimization: Implement product and routing changes to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key link between our technical, sales, and support teams to drive product success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in product operations, project management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or CPaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of wholesale, presales, or product functions at an operator. Experience with A2P SMS messaging is a big plus!
• Exceptional English communication skills, confident in presenting to both technical and commercial audiences.
