Role Description
This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for complex, operationally intensive systems that drive efficiency across supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment. You will work at the intersection of software, data, and physical operations, translating operational needs into product solutions that improve decision-making, client experience, and financial outcomes. This position involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Operations—to identify high-impact opportunities and implement solutions that optimize workflows and resource utilization. You’ll tackle ambiguous, system-heavy challenges where strong analytical thinking, first-principles problem solving, and strategic influence are critical. Lead product strategy and execution across fulfillment platform and logistics systems, identifying high-impact opportunities across inventory, orders, transportation, and operational workflows.

Build a deep understanding of operations, data flows, architecture, and dependencies to make informed product decisions and navigate tradeoffs.

Partner with Operations, Client Experience, and Finance teams to translate goals, constraints, and budgets into clear strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex, ambiguous problems, improving decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to deliver technically sound, financially rigorous, and operationally effective solutions.

Explore and implement AI, automation, and workflow optimization opportunities to enhance both products and processes.

Integrate and optimize diverse fulfillment models to increase operational flexibility and efficiency.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management, leading strategy and execution for system-heavy products or workflows in operationally complex environments.

Strong first-principles thinker with the ability to analyze systems, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguity into actionable decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable working with operational metrics, financial outcomes, and business constraints.

Technical fluency to understand architecture, data flows, APIs, and dependencies, and to partner effectively with Engineering and Data Science teams.

Experience in building, improving, or modernizing complex systems, including integrations, automation, or data-intensive workflows.

Exposure to Omni-Retail or Omni-Supply Chain environments and diverse fulfillment models is preferred.

Experience with AI or advanced automation tools to enhance product development and operational decision-making.
